Painted quilts
Painted quilts have a handpainted image on fabric at the center, and a quilted border. They are meant to be hung on the wall, on a dowel, but they can also be framed under glass. The quilting is in cotton, though there may also be embellishments - trims, lace, buttons, ribbons, etc. The painted quilts in this collection are 19" x 20". For those collectors who like the playfulness of my work and the textural impact of fibers, the painted quilt is the perfect combination.
